Scout/Banner Simulator
Simulate the current banners or old ones. Just pull with unlimited times with the same rate % as in-game banner
Note: I don't know its internal algorithm(Noone knows), which factors affect to the pulling result but I will implement the same rate % as in-game by my own algorithm
